Chowin’ Down: Fenway Park Pulled Pork

Fenway Park is in my opinion the best ballpark in the world.  I’ve made at least a yearly trip to Boston to visit “America’s Most Beloved Ballpark” ever since I went there for the first time my senior year of college.  The food at Fenway is always great.  The vendors outside have some of the best steak tips you can get anywhere.  (Probably will be a future “Chowin’ Down”)   Inside the stadium though, there is a cornucopia of goodies.  Fenway franks, lobster rolls, and even Dunkin’ Donuts can all be found inside the stadium.  I’m here to write about my favorite Fenway food.  The pulled pork sandwich.

The Pulled Pork Sandwich and Sam Adams Summer Ale from Fenway Park

The sandwich was delicious as they have the smoker right at the stand.  It can be topped with fresh coleslaw and pickles if your heart desires.  The sandwich costs $8.50, which isn’t bad for stadium food.  In Boston, you obviously can’t go wrong with Sam Adams beer and their Summer Ale is a great complement to it.  Strangely enough, this stand was the only one at Fenway without a line.

Makes sense at a baseball game right?
